With 22 years of experience across ERs, hospitals, and crisis care, Dr. Richardson built this practice to give Texans something better — access to expert psychiatric care without the waitlists, judgment, or red tape.

After decades working in emergency medicine and psychiatric crisis care, Dr. Richardson saw how badly people were being failed by rushed, impersonal mental health systems.
She created Adoration as a response — a practice where patients get direct access to experienced psychiatric care, from someone who’s been on the front lines of healthcare and understands what actually helps. Today, we serve patients across Texas, including Austin, San Antonio, New Braunfels, and San Marcos, through secure online visits — and we’re building toward in-person care very soon.
